Patrick Kang practices primarily in the areas of Personal Injury, Immigration, Labor/Employment Law, and Criminal Defense.
In injury cases, Patrick has experience negotiating with insurance companies and aggressively litigating cases at the trial level for his clients who were injured due to another party's negligence. Patrick has also assisted those who have been discriminated against by employers, protected union member's rights in arbitration, and has experience in protecting employees who have employment contracts with their employers.
In the field of immigration, Patrick can assist you with procedures including but not limited to H1B visas, Petitions for Alien Fiancee, Petition for Alien Relative, Investor Visas, Naturalization, Green card, and Asylum.
Patrick assists clients with business formations in Nevada and has been involved in commercial transactions for both small and large businesses. He has aggressively negotiated contracts for businesses and has experience in alternative dispute resolution.
