Ike

Ike’s broad litigation experience includes litigation in copyright, trademarks, music and contractual disputes. He has served as the primary attorney on large multi-million dollar cases against large corporations. Ike has appeared in Federal and State Court on behalf of clients. He has extensive experience working closely with recent multi-platinum music acts.

Ike’s personal injury experience includes six-figure settlements and quick results.

Ike’s criminal defense experience includes the exoneration and freeing of innocent and wrongfully accused individuals, defense of battery, assault, conspiracy, larceny, theft, casino marker cases, violation of gaming rules, defense of extradition etc. Ike worked at the New York City Innocence Project, headed by former O J Simpson attorney Berry Scheck, in the defense of wrongfully convicted and incarcerated individuals.

Ike has experience advising clients on the formation, maintaining, protection, expansion and assignment of trademark, copyrights, and trade secrets. Additionally, Ike has extensive experience counseling artists, record labels, managers, athletes, film & television production companies, music bands, start up businesses, writers, designers, publishers, producers, models, photographers and music studios. Additionally, Ike is a certified Professional Football agent.

Ike has achieved successful divorce judgments and decrees, including the prosecution of divorce trials.

In the field of immigration, Ike can assist you with procedures including but not limited to H1B visas, Petitions for Alien Fiancee, Petition for Alien Relative, Investor Visas, Naturalization, Green card, and Asylum.
